Merrill Treat married Pauline Ike, born 1907, the daughter of Leroy Clarence and Edith (Ogden) Ike. The couple had two children: (i) Marion F. Treat, born and died January 8, 1928, and (ii) Donald Leroy Treat, born in 1930. This and the following photo show members of the Treat/Hagadorn family in the fall of 1928. Seen here (left to right) are Pauline (Ike) Treat, young George Kinney, Florence (Treat) Kinney, Merrill Treat, Cora (Hagadorn) Treat and Charles Lewis Treat.
