Arthur "Art" Needham married Jane Wyckoff. He served on a destroyer during World War II, worked in his father's pickle factory from 1946 to 1958, and thereafter drove a semi-truck. He lived for many years in a home on the north side of West Livingston Road before retiring to Roscommon, Michigan.
