This photo shows Elsie M. Hagadorn, the youngest daughter of Joseph V. Hagadorn, driving a buggy outside her parents' home on West Livingston Road. She was married at Highland Township on November 11, 1908, to Sheldon Thornton, born December 7, 1885, at Fremont, Tuscola County, Michigan, the son of Civilian and Emeline (Glynn) Thornton.
